Install new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM “rubber” roofing. Install new pre finished steel perimeter flashing around the perimeter. Tear off BUR built up roofing (tar & gravel) down to metal decking. Re-pitch the roof using polyisocyanurate “ISO board” toward existing scuppers and new tapered saddles in-between scuppers along the building.
