Client Milwaukee Historic Building
Task Install new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM “rubber” roofing. Install new pre finished steel perimeter flashing around the perimeter. Tear off BUR built up roofing (tar & gravel) down to metal decking. Re-pitch the roof using polyisocyanurate “ISO board” toward existing scuppers and new tapered saddles in-between scuppers along the building.
